Support Groups
Things don’t always function the way you’d like them to, and oftentimes, support becomes necessary to help you see things differently, to feel less lonely, or simply to be heard. Many of us come from cultures and systems that overlook our oppressions and/or contribute in keeping them alive. Adding to that, we may have support systems that are not able to accept some of our identities. That is where support groups come in - a place where you can be yourself without masking up!
All support groups are external to Aurora Therapy. If you run a group and would like to be linked, kindly fill the form here and we will feature it on this page.
